Preserve the historical nature, character and scale of the Town of Highlands and the surrounding plateau;
Protect
Protect our neighbors, neighborhoods, and community by ensuring the long-term peace, tranquility, and viability of our traditional, single-family neighborhoods;
Advocate
Advocate for appropriate and responsible development and growth, protecting our neighborhoods from incompatible commercial activity.
